Biography
Nuala Leonard is Chief Operating Officer and a member of the leadership team at Base Wealth Management. She oversees the firm's internal operations, business processes, and strategic initiatives that support continued growth. Working closely with leadership, she helps strengthen the systems, structure, and accountability needed to scale the firm efficiently and support advisors and clients.
Prior to joining Base, Nuala spent more than two decades with Informa in operations, finance, and executive leadership support roles. Her experience spans process improvement, organizational management, reporting, and coordinating teams across multiple regions and business units.
Originally from Ireland, Nuala has also lived in England and Boston before making Florida home. She enjoys travel and the perspective that comes from experiencing different places, people, and cultures.
