Biography
Suzy is a Client Onboarding Specialist. She has more than a decade of experience in customer service and managing accounts for self-insured entities in the insurance industry. Prior to working for Base Wealth Management, Suzy worked for Johns Eastern Company, Inc. in Lakewood Ranch, FL for 13 years as an Account Manager and Supervisor of Special Accounts. Her emphasis on customer service and attention to detail create strong client relationships. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida.
Suzy moved to Florida when she was 19 years old from Springfield, IL. She met her husband Rick a few years later and they have two kids, Adelina and Ricki, along with a dog and a turtle. In her free time, Suzy enjoys baking, watching movies, traveling, and playing games with the family.
